Project realizations
Here we present a selection of our completed yacht design and engineering projects. In every design we strive to meet even the most unique and demanding requirements of our clients. Whether it is a sailing yacht, motorboat, fishing vessel or any other type of floating structure, each project is carried out in accordance with good naval‑architecture practice, applicable standards and regulatory requirements.
Wingfoil board design
Design of an innovative wingfoil board. The project focused on optimizing the board geometry to achieve faster take‑off from the water and to reduce board sticking when riding over chop and waves. The board is fully compatible with standard industry mast systems and foot‑straps. It is built using vacuum‑infusion technology with an epoxy‑carbon laminate over an XPS and PVC foam core.

Project of the solar catamaran Sunray 42
Preliminary design of a 42‑ft solar‑powered catamaran.
The vessel features a polyester–glass composite structure manufactured using resin‑infusion technology. Propulsion is provided by two 10 kW electric POD motors. Power for onboard systems and propulsion comes from twenty photovoltaic panels installed on the roof, delivering a total output of 7.2 kW. In low‑sun conditions, the catamaran is supported by two auxiliary 10 kW generator units.

Design and construction of the sailboat Volantis
Complete design and construction of a custom experimental sailing yacht developed for internal testing and research. The hull is built from lightweight 4 mm Okoume plywood, while the hydrofoils, rudder yoke and additional structural components are manufactured from epoxy‑glass and epoxy‑carbon composite laminates.
